1. Order Processing & Product Availability

We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. However, please note that all purchases are subject to product availability.
In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, our customer support team will contact you to offer an alternative product of similar style, design, or value.

Please understand that Apollo Mart cannot be held responsible for delays caused by product unavailability or late order confirmations. To help us process your order quickly, kindly respond promptly to any confirmation messages sent by our team.
If we do not receive a timely response, your order may be canceled without prior notice.

2. Payment Options

We provide a range of secure and convenient payment methods for both domestic and international customers.

a. Online Payments

Customers can pay securely using major debit or credit cards through trusted payment gateways integrated into our website.

b. International Orders

All international orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed and shipped after complete payment has been received.

c. Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan)

For local customers, we offer:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to PKR 60,000.

• Advance Payment: Required for orders exceeding PKR 60,000 or containing high-value items.

d. Custom or Personalized Orders

For all custom, pre-order, or personalized items (including engraved, resized, or limited-edition products), 100% advance payment is required before processing begins.

3. Secure Transactions

All payments made on Apollo Mart are processed through verified and encrypted payment gateways to ensure the highest level of security. We do not store or share your card or payment information with any third parties.
